I am going to create a website that reviews local bands in my area. Is there any legal obstacles I may run in to doing this? I am guessing I need their permission to post photos of them, etc, but do I need their permission to review them? What about the venue they choose?
Thanks in advance!|||Technically, no, but you'd better have a good lawyer on standby for when you write a bad review and they sue you for defamation.
