How do I get better at three stepping hurdles?

My coach says I have to three step the 100 meter hurdles, or I won't be able to run them. But how do you get three steps in 27 feet, and have the energy to jump a hurdle? And if you know any exercises that would strengthen my hip muscles, those would help lots. Thanks :]|||I did hurdles before (3 years.) Just before you run them strech. Always strech. And do some agilitys, by this i mean, place 3 to 4 hurdeles in front of you, touching and walk over them with good form, your form has to be good. And when you are running keep low, many hurdlers make this mistake by not staying low, another mistake that is made is they keep thier head down, you want to keep it up. Just keep practicing, try to run fast in between the hurdles. And remember, try to take medium sized strides in between the hurdles so you can get those three steps in.





Tips: Try working in the grass first, so you wont get hurt, then move to the track!!! hope i helped!!! and good luck!!!!! :)|||We'll keep on practing and you'll get better and don't forget to drink some water before it to give u some energy boost:)


But maybe crunches, situps, push ups and more :) they will help alooot!
