Where do i start for hurdles in track?

im thinking about doing hurdles next year, and was wondering what should i first do. i know i have to figurre out lead legs and stuff. and what excercises and workouts should i do. and im 6"1' so i should be able to do them pretty easy.|||Start with easy runs to build endurance, unless you already run on a regular basis. Sprints like 100 %26amp; 200m repeats and running bleachers are also great excercises. Try to get into a gym and do squats %26amp; leg presses.|||Practise makes prefect
