Where do i start for hurdles for track?

Im kinda interested into doing the 100 or 300 hurdles in track and was wondering what main focuses i should do. stretches and and workouts. im 6' 1" so i think i shouldnt have a problem getting over them, just need good form. and im decent at them, but the form isnt good|||there is no 100 meter hurdles there is only a 110 one.. anyways if you have access to hurdles then i would set them up on your high school track (which you can just go to since there are no restrictions on that) and practice doing it. if not then just practice on running the 100 and the 300. before you run drink plenty of water not to get cramps, then do a 400-800 meter jog as a warm up, after that stretch out all of your leg muscles but mostly your quads because you need flexible quads for hurdles. then run a few 100s and 300 (with or without hurdles) after that stretch out your muscles again. good luck with track next year
