What is the best way to work out for the hurdles?

i run the hurdles and i just want to know the best way to work out for the hurdles. like lifting running and other things if their are.|||interval work always helps, especially if the intervals have a few hurdles mixed in. keeping your legs strong and flexible will help in races so be sure to stretch out plenty and occasionally lift weights with your legs. also unning uphill will give you extra strength to push off the blocks and keep you flying over the hurdles|||id say the best thing to do is 5 or 4 hurdles at full speed and try on being able to three step everyone also do some lifting and stretching to stay flexible.|||eating salsa
