How much can I improve sprinting and hurdles in 4 months?

If I did plyometrics, weight training, and 800's and below for 4 months how much could I improve sprinting? and what if I started practicing hurdles in November? If I really pushed myself could The times go down and could I also be fit for track?|||Whether you would be a really good runner or not depends on your base talent, but times always go down with training. I know that for a fact.|||Start doing lots of weight training and plyometrics with real heavy weights.
