What is considered a top 3 time for 200 hurdles and 55 hurdles?

I'm only in Middle School so I'm not looking for an Olympic time or anything. I just need to know what would be a good time.|||Gary Coleman, Starr Jones and Amy Poehler|||I've coached junior high track for over ten years. The fastest 55 hurdle I've ever seen was around a 9.5. Normally, at meets in my area, low 11 or faster will win or place. In the 200 hurdles, around 35-36 will win or place. I've seen two girls in my career who could run the 200 hurdles in the mid 32 range.|||wow... i have never heard of 200m and 55m hurdles. are you sure you're not thinking of 300m and 100m hurdles? Well i don't know but I can give you times for those:

100m hurdles 19 to 20 seconds

300m hurdles 60 seconds

so I would say about 12- 14 seconds for a 55, and 40-45 for 200m hurdles.|||When i was in eighth grade i ran a 9.8 in the 55 meters and about a 42.6 in 200s. I was the top hurdler on my team so..i dont know if that counts for anything but..yep i guess those are pretty good times. In 7th grade i ran about and 11.3 for 55s.|||ok for your 200 meter hurdle you should get about 40 secondes

55 i would say 15.
