What time do i need to run in Collegiate for 300 Int Hurdles in HS?

Im a junior in college and i run about a 44.0 300 Int hurdles for varsity track. I know this is pretty slow, but what do i have to get in order to run in college.|||Are you a junior in college, or high school? You need to be under 40 seconds in the 300 hurdles if you want to run the 400 hurdles in college.|||Ya anybody that runs for a division 1 or basically division 2 school ran below 40 or got all state in the 300 hurdles for high school.
