I recently ran a 7.84 in the 55m hurdles indoors. My pr for 110 last year was 16.27 but I'm hoping to get 15.59 (my school record) this spring. Is that a realistic goal?|||If you ran 16.27, last year, and have trained and improved your form and technique you should be able to run much faster than 15.59.
You are only talking about a little more than 1/2 second, which is not a very big improvement for your next year.
You should set the school record early in the season and then set a new record that will last a long time.
