I'm a junior in high school and I run the 300 meter hurdles. My times isn't great, but I did place in the State Meet last year and I was just curious to see to what my time would be in the 400 meter, only an estimate of course. I ran a .50 flat. Is there any way to tell?|||That is not easy to say since some can not run the last 2 hurdles and the extra 100 meters close to the pace for the first 300, but if you figure you run the 300 in 50, then you should be able to run the 400 in about 68.
I imagine unless you are training for the extra distance your slow down will be a couple of seconds so realistically around 70 seconds..
