How do you "three step" between the Hurdles?

I've just started doing the 110 metre hurdles and I can only five step.

I try to go as fast as possible by five stepping, but I get smoked all the time by my opponents.

what are some tips to perfect the three step between the hurdles?|||Dear these are prepare for jump, jump and then control yourself.|||practice, practice, practice. running the hurdles is about speed and rhythm.

also make sure that you use proper technique with your trail leg also make certain that it lands in the proper position.

if your trail leg is coming up short it will cause you to come up short in your approach to the next hurdle which could force you to take an extra step or two.

in your approach you want to make sure that you snap your lead leg down. you can help this by getting a good lean and attacking the hurdle at full speed. as you land on your lead foot try to maintain your lean the best you can if you come up to soon or to far back it will cause your trail leg to be short.

remember practice makes perfect, good luck
