I was wondering what the typical time was for 110m hurdles for high school, i.e. average time. I'm going to join this semester for the first time, and i'm thinking about doing hurdles. Is it hard to learn?|||Go on DyeStat http://www.dyestat.com/ and look at meet results of 110m hurdles. Also, browse around the website, they have top lists and such.|||Really if you have the speed the form is easy to learn with practice. I have been hurdling for about 7 years going on 8, i was never really fast, but over the years i have gotten faster and faster. Just take some time to sit down with your coach to talk about what drills you should do.
freshman year 16.9
sophomore year with running a 16.1
Jr year was 15.1 and i was on time in races
Sr. year i am going for 14.5
between 16.7 and 16 for your first year you are doing really well
