I can go from hurdle one to two 3 stepping and from 2 to 3.
The problem is I use up so much energy 3 stepping and i don't go to fast.
Only write an answer if you can 3 step or have any experience with hurdles.|||The thing is that it's a lot easier to 3-step in a race because you have adrenaline running and you only have to go through the course once, so what my coach does is she moves all the hurdles a foot closer together so you can get more comfortable 3-stepping them. It helps, and I've gone from thinking I sucked to 3-stepping and almost making state in one year so try it out!
