What times do colleges look for when recruiting for the 300m hurdles?

I am a male and i run a 38.70 in the 300m hurdles. I was wondering if anyone knew what a time colleges would look at would be?|||Your time is good if the schools haven't contacted you yet have your coach and your parents help you with the recruiting process.|||Colleges do not run 300mH. They do run 400m hurdles, so they would probably consider your straight 400m times then look at your 300mH running as a bonus.
